The Receipts Co. makes digital documentation tools. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit thereceiptsco.com or sign up for our emails.

What we collect

If you opt in, we collect your email address and a source label showing that you signed up on this site. Your email is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request time.

The printable Appointment Receipt does not send us your notes. Please do not send symptoms, medical records, or other sensitive health information through the email signup form.

How we use it

We use your email to send occasional product news you agreed to receive. The free fillable receipt is available to download right after you sign up. We use server logs to operate the site, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. Service providers may process information on our behalf to host the site, handle forms, and deliver email.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, email thereceiptsco@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours.

Retention and sharing

We keep subscription information while you are subscribed or while needed to handle your request. After you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record to avoid emailing you again. Server-log retention depends on the hosting provider’s settings. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and outside websites

This site does not include advertising pixels and does not set its own cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page views and visits without cookies or cross-site tracking. Hosting providers may use security measures that process technical information.

Etsy handles purchases under its own privacy policy. Etsy and Pinterest links take you to third-party services with their own practices. We do not control those services. This site uses system fonts, so viewing a page does not request fonts from Google.
